creating one polyline con entmake

I am trying to create a sub that can create a "lwpolyline" using entmake.
the problem arises when I intend to also supply a list of thicknesses, to make a polyline with variable thickness.
I can't handle group codes 40 - 41 - 42 to get what you want... the result is a thickness polyline 0.0!

Some "pious soul" can help me?

because you're creating a splinter of 10 pairs, then all 40, then all 41.
look at the inject of a lwpoly, find 10 40 41 10 40 41 10 40 40....
