creation distinct size cabinets

hi to all I can not understand being almost new if there is already a discussion about this topic.
In case I apologize.

My problem is this: I get designs of cabinets with autocads, and I would like to have a software or anything else that would make me a distinct measure. What I could use.

according to you I have to change cad, my work is specific for carpentry, I receive drawings, I "clean" them and I create the distinct pieces... what do you recommend?

if you know how to use it well, but it costs a lot. you do it even with autocad if you use it well

the company for which work has decided to invest on a new software and has asked to those who supply the cnc machines their specific software but being "monomarca" is in my opinion too blocked in the imports of drawings of other cad.
then I am moving to try to simplify the work, as to today I take my autocad file, I redesign the mobile, the quoting and then I make the cut list by hand.
it would be beautiful to draw it in 3d, where there is already a separate cut. the connection with the cnc program I can also do it through a normal program cad. example solidworks or single piece autocad files to produce.
for this I asked advice on how to do it with autocad or with another software.
