creation features on external bodies, derived from a part

Good morning.
I don't know what name has the function I'm looking for, anyway, I want a part inserted in a set to generate functions in another part.

For example in my case, I have a big plate where I should screw platelets, I would like the gray body positioned, it automatically generated me 2 threaded holes and a slit on the red plate.

I know that from the toolbox there is the possibility to create the seeger seat by inserting the component into a tree, I would like to do the same with custom bodies.

You have to create a smart component. I never used them, but the function you're looking for is there.
