to actually use winrar
as the pdf I must send them by email
with winrar we buy pdfs with the option to exclude detail sheets
and in that case I made a bat file running winrar with various options

you need to create a .bat file with these two lines
ps: for convenience the pdf saves them in a folder c:\pdf_ send


cd\pdf_ send
c:\programs\winrar\winrar a -agdmmmyyyy invio_del_.pdf -x*vista_di_descriptglio*. *

pdf can create them individually for each sheet of the catdrwaing document.
just set the option.

after which you could manually delete pdf files with details

I know this option, but I don't do catdrawing with multiple sheets, after a bad experience I prefer to make a table for each catpart and if the catpart requires 2 boards I make 2 catdrawing.
