creation of topographic paper printing procedure

Bye to all,
I am new with microstation and I would need an address to know what and where to look.
I should create a procedure to print a topographic paper at 25 thousand,
I explain: I already have a file micrstation v8 with simple centerlines of the streets (different with different levels in overlaps, galleries, etc.)
However in print the road must have a print style with black edges of a certain thickness and filling for example yellow,
the centerline of the overweight for the same type of road is on another level and must be printed on the road below, finally the section in the gallery will have to be printed with the bordered and without ticking and under the streets.
another type of road will have red and white filling, like igm cards and via this step.
My question for now is very simple since I still don't know what to look for, could you indicate where to find something to read to do a procedure to print these centerline curves with the desired look?
and possibly if possible that allow me to print also on pdf

creates a layout model (in the same dgn ), attaches as reference the current model, and applies a level symbology to redefine the parameters
in the layout template insert square and other typical print elements, then clip reference (or possibly scale or transla ); in this model you should work in paper measurement unit (and then scale reference according to scale )

you can also make multiple layout templates for different coats

about the above/under, you can manage it with priority (I also think this redefinable via level symbology )
