Hello.

I wanted to understand if it is possible to create by water cutting the profile of a tooth teeth straight.
the profile, as is the good norm and knowledge, is obtained by creator.
the concept proposed by the manager was as follows: removal of much material by water cutting and subsequently creation of the evolved by creator.
I am perplexed by the fact that I have no experience in this matter.
we talk about gear wheels with z>150 and m>10.

Of course. just have the profile in dxf and it is a normal practice to cut water from gears to straight teeth.

can you create the profile by cutting without further finishing work? i.e. when finished processing the profile has the same geometric/dimensional dimensions as those created by creator? at cost level I imagine therefore, since it is normal practice, I think it is more beneficial.
to create the profile in dxf need special sw creeds... (like kisssoft etc..)

depends on the definition capacity of the cutting machine but basically you can finish the cutting gear to water.

you need specific programs like kisssoft and set the desired resolution to do output.
