creo 3.0 - recognize model version

Good morning, everyone.
I have a .prt I have to recognize the version on which it was modeled.
I tried to go on tools ---> examines ---> file history, but in the item "version"
The field is empty.
Does anyone know an alternative?

if you open the file as text, on the first rows read the version with which it was made

tools ---> examines ---> file history lets you know the first creation date and dates when it was changed.
instead as motocad says you can read the version with which it has been saved lately
