crop of the raster image that is not maintained

hi to all, as I wrote in the title, when I open in a different device a dwg containing xrif of raster images cut out according to size and precise perimeters, defined by processing the file in my pc, I lose the crop of images and whole visualization.
I thank in advance those who want to help me...

strange, the cutout perimeter is given by a poly that keeps or the gates?
