Do you have a creative project and do not know how to achieve it?
cupcake is looking for 16 young Lombard designers for an internship abroad experience of 3 months at businesses, incubators or development agencies in Europe (Germany, Slovenia, Belgium, Estonia, Sweden, Sweden, Denmark, Spain). creative aspirants will have skills in the field of design, fashion, visual communication, multimedia and digital.
cupcake is a project of the polytechnic foundation of Milan, along with polihub, start up and district incubator and the design department of the Milan Polytechnic. The aim is to promote and develop employment in the cultural and creative sector, trying to combine the innovative side with these aspects. the project, funded by the lombardy region with resources of the European Social Fund, is aimed at those who do not have a job or who is looking for it. creative aspirants will have skills in design, multimedia and digital communication.
16 creative projects will be selected. to each will be offered a completely spent internship of 3 months abroad, in the period November 2013 - April 2014. candidates will be followed, throughout the course, by a tutor that will help them in project verification and prototype development. at the end of the journey, the idea will be presented during a final public event, realized in conjunction with the Milan furniture salon and to which investors and enterprises interested in development will be invited.
to apply you must have the following requirements:
possess a first level degree
demonstrate skills in the cultural and creative sector
be resident or domiciled in lombardia to be registered in the center for use (for information see center for use of milan)
have a level of knowledge of the English language not below the level b1 of the cefr
present an innovative project idea in the form of multimedia presentation (ppt or pdf)
