I am using ansys 13 during the thesis in a college pc.
I started some tutorials to hang myself, but I met a curious problem.
in the main menu (the bar on the left to tell us) is completely missing the solve option, the one that usually follows in the way: solution > solve > current ls solve.
So I find myself unable to make any solution:
I find the same problem in the workbench, where any model, however simple it gives me error when I try to launch the final solution (while the mesh, the application of constraints, loads and material works).
also lack some fem elements in the choice menu.
Does anyone know the solution to the problem?

"the capability solution was either not ordered with this ansys
installation or the appropriate product was not selected for this
session.
contact your ansys support person for more information."
I ask the technician to reinstall both ansys and workbench? It seems strange to me, because all the mistakes I encounter concern "the solutor".
