curvature function in solidworks

Hello everyone! I would have a theoretical question concerning the curvature function of solidworks. In particular, I wondered when we went to ask for curvature, for the various local curvatures where we go to take the centre from which we go to consider its local radius? (being the curvature defined as the reverse of the radius).
