Hello, everyone!
I just changed my pc to work and I got windows 7...
I installed autocad lt 2010 and a problem arises when I go to create a new toolbar: I insert all my commands and you create a bar with all the commands (functioning) all white, that is a completely white bar! I noticed that if I take an existing bar (e.g. standard) and add a command, this adds, but white as well!
What do I do?? ?

Strange. . .
in the customization of the user interface in the command properties (on the right of the interface) you find "images", which are practically the images of the icons assigned to the various commands.
if you go to select the command inserted in the new bar (not selecting it then in the command list) the image name for the icon appears?

probably images related to created icons are not in one of the search paths of autocad.
try to put your icons in a path that autocad searches for sure (for example dir support) and the problem should resolve

to me it seems to understand that you do not create new icons. but simply add existing commands to a new bar.

Thank you very much for your help:
I don't know how I did but I managed to fix everything and now she sees them...probably I had screwed up with the acad.cuix file.. .
thanks again for your availability!
