custom thread creation

Good day to all,
I need to create a custom internal thread.
to do this I created a "helix" in the hole, designed the shape that must have the asola through sketch and made a sweep but,
It gives me a number of problems. So I increased tolerance and it came out, but it sucks. :
with inventor I did it without problems but I can't import into nx (or better in the table does not create the sections
giving "error upgrate").
It seems strange to me that a software of this caliber cannot do such a simple operation.

He does it and does it well. Look at all 'flegghettini' and sweep options (like orientation, alignment, and so on) and you will see that you can. ;-)
p.s. if you don't create sections of how much imported from the other software probably that's a little gross....

the steps described in an extremely fast manner are as follows:
create a section profile
I create the sliding propeller
with the sweep command (as rightly recommended by baskets) select the profile first and then the guide line.
the parameter to be kept under control is the alignment that should be set along a carrier corresponding to the axis of the propeller.

So I drew the profile of my thread,
I designed the propeller
I created the sweep. putting subctract in the boolean.
if the propeller makes the profile start from the outside generates an error.
if the propeller part not entirely internal generates the following error: "the tool and target don't form a complete intersection".

How can I proceed with your opinion?
