I did not understand the utility, but practically it serves to launch a command from the search box on the top right

In fact, utility may seem... useless.
However I discovered some time ago that in general the use of the search box is to be considered. from 9:30 am to 10:00 am of this video you can appreciate the utility. In my opinion it is absolutely not bad, indeed...
