customize models/styles/free

Hello everyone!
I have to create a model/style/library (I don't know what the correct term is) with cartiglio, thick lines, size custom sheets so that I already have them ready in case of need. creating a new style from the default style from the inventor editor I noticed that the standard style is also changed. How do I organize myself to preserve the standard model/style/library and create new ones according to requirements?

example of creating a quota style:
access the editor styles and standards dialog box.
expand the quota section and select the default style (iso)
Select the new style button (high window)
opens the dialog box and put the name you want.
confirmation with ok
support the changes you want
Save

the speech is wider and perhaps I explained badly:
I have to create a library of styles to put on the server so that all users can use it. How do I manage files that are created?
in this way the old projects pointing to the old library how can I "update them"?
