cut profile that hole the wall - why?

I have a custom profile that I created through trave object (to create a barn), so in its lower part I then cut it through flap (or I also tried to subtract it through flap), and its erased projection that should be nonexistent I lay the wall, so you don't see the lower part that was cut but still exists because it's hole the wall, why?? ? ?
19 This situation did not exist and the wall remained intact!

I solved simply by changing type of wall!
