Hi.
I'd like to discuss the problem of the cut list for the workshop.
the company for which I work, uses as raw material mainly metal bars cut, perforated and then welded.
It is clear that cutting must be optimized to reduce waste material.
I would like to give in the workshop an optimized cut list, with indicated the cut angle to set on the saw. all must take into account that some pieces have a verse that must be respected.
I have to do this by hand today, or use some freeware program. I know there's something better paid. but I did not find anything that takes into account inclined cuts of the bars, which manages the verse and that allows to set optimization according to the type of saw (some saws have a greater axis of rotation).
how do you solve the problem?
