cutting loft problem

Hello, everyone.
I have to make the following part of the mold (see jpeg "sez aa").
I can't understand what commands to use.
I tried cutting with loft doing the sketch on floor 2 but it made a mistake saying that you would create a figure with thickness 0.
then I thought (a porcade never seen) of "fregare" solidworks creating me plan 3 at a distance of 0.01mm on which to sketch!
once performing the cut with sweep rightly remain those 2 lembi that you see in the jpeg "stampo test sweep".
I tried to eliminate them with sweep but nothing to do.
There's definitely a way, but I don't see it!
They are not commands I use every day, I ask if someone can help me.
thanks to all
greetings

Except I wouldn't have modeled as you modeled...the plate I mean.
However the castings should be done with sweeps with the option I attach.
missing the radius in the sweep path, but you put it.
