cyanfrino constant welding on variable development

Good morning to all,

I have this elbow that has been "forced" and now I have to perform a precise chianphrinus with an angle at 37.5° that leaves on the inside a straight section of 1.6mm (type asme b16.25).
I can't with the beveled command because it obviously takes me a constant thickness of the tilted part, while I want the opposite.

Does anyone know how to do that?

hi, you have to use the "agreement" command and go set that you want to create a bevel; the value is the constant width of the bevel.

Hi, very interesting this command, I didn't know him. However, I don't think I do what I need: it actually generates my straight line but I can't control the corner: depending on the thickness I find at one point I change the angle while I always need 37.5°.

but do you think if I can do a sweep by turning around the development on the inner diameter somehow?

I couldn't exactly do what I wanted (hold the angle and the small straight tract constant) but I went to the very close file (ok) with a sweep blend.

with the fittings or bevels I didn't come out of it, but honestly I didn't even have any patience or time to devote a study well
