d'avvio nuovo sketchup problems 2014

I used time ago to make drawings on the 7 ... the pc on which it was installed I no longer have it .. then I downloaded the last version ... I installed everything without problems ... start the program I choose the template ... click on start ... and opens the window to send the error signal ... but it doesn't tell me what's going on I don't know how to fix it.

solved by reading some English forums ... driver video card of 2009 ... updated and now works, I had never had to update them ...
