decal and pdf 3d: kiss?

I found that I can export the file to a pdf 3d.
this is the design in solidworks:

I mean, he lost my decal.
I also tried to attach the image of the tracks as "face appearance" and not as a decal, the result this time is an elongation or narrowing (1:2 or 2:1) of the image.
I guess it's a bug solved since 2010 onwards, but I was hoping someone would tell me that with a certain settling I can solve the problem.

I'm sorry, but the pdf 3d, being 3d geometry, doesn't support cad rendering views.
the normal pdf, being an image, yes.
Why don't you use edrawings?

as you see from the attached image, edrawings 2011 supports decals.
If it's the prerogative of 2011 or a service pack, I don't know.
