the Council of Ministers has approved the decree law thousandprorogations that, unlike the past, arrives in light version, i.e. extend a limited number of terms planned.
among the main prorogues related to the building sector we point out:
questions variation category catasthal manufactured rural
for the recognition of the rurality of the buildings will be possible to submit before 31 January 2012 to the agency of the territory application for variation of the category catastral for the allocation of the category a/6 to the rural houses or category d/10 for the rural buildings instrumental.
term for the entry into force of (sisters)
the terms of entry into force of the sistri (system of traceability of waste) with these deadlines:
2 April 2012 for full operation of the sistri;
1 January 2012 for the registration of small farms producing and carrying small quantities of waste;
2 July 2012 for the registration for small farms in sistri.
fire prevention for hotel facilities
the last term to adapt the tourist-hotel accommodation facilities with more than twenty-five existing beds that have not completed the adaptation to the provisions of fire prevention and are allowed on the biennial plan of fire adjustment.
seismic checks
extended to 31 December 2012 the expiry for activities connected with seismic checks, i.e. the technical checks provided by o.p.c.m. 3274/2003 concerning buildings of strategic interest and infrastructure works whose functionality during seismic events assumes fundamental importance for the purposes of civil protection.
