You need to create a gauge table.
once created, add it to system options.

After changing the table, did you upload it to the model?

I saw the table in the certain zip, in fact I used that to make the screenshoot.
from my experience in the sheet industry, or copied the bending table that was on the machine (if the equipment is in the house and therefore we were wrong of the possible error given by solidworks), or we were given the k values from the supplier.

tell you where the k is wrong... if the table you populated it or with the machine table or with the data values from the supplier, those are. Just tell you about the solidworks alert at this point.
