Successively create a plane using the perpendicular one to the direction of the small tube and the sketch point (you have to select only that not the whole sketch so keep the latter visible). now create an 183 osfest plan from the newly created one. Finally on this floor you do the sketch of the pipe and shoot it as much as you want.
