Sorry about the banality but I'm completely adding the subject.

I have proposed to change work in a company with production cycle that needs cad/cam operator for the management of bending machines and plasma cutting (premit that at the moment I work in the company without workshop for which the total darkness).

viato that almost all production runs with shaped sheets with the inv I could manage the machines and then export them to dxf??? or I have to learn the specific program that you use now in the company, now they make developments with autocad and then import files (if someone knows what kind of programs you use could give me some tips).

for the management of developments,inventor is certainly better than autocad.
But there's a company and a company, if they work fine sheets, let's say under three mm,
It is likely that they are fasting of factors k,bend tables or other, so it may be difficult for them to digest.
For plasma, apart from dxf generation, inventor is useless,
In fact, plasma software packages often have programs
for the development of the figures of lattoneria (tramogge,innesti,coni etc) that are much faster and more effective than inventor.. .
