delete family table of bolts

I would like to upgrade to the latest version a family table of bolts but intralink does not allow me to make this pass.
as said though we use intralinks, colleagues have managed to make confusion with state advances, eliminated instances and other, all this no longer allows to update to the latest version the family,

Consider that the screws are contained in various axioms with the connected drw

Have you ever come across this problem?

sure if I fix it I go to change the permissions for commercial files

the family copied to disk and then imported it again

Good morning, I go to memory, since I haven't used intralink for a long time. if on the disk save the generic that contains all the instances present on intralink then make the import into the workspace and then with the chackin should overwrite all the old versions.

I wrote intralink but it is not correct we use windchill

maybe, windchill, even if amount as modified the ft, does not allow me to make the chekin because it sees the files as already present.
It compels me to update because the instances are not unique

tried as "see it as modified" nothing to do
try using the files present, see above

now I will email the various users to delete fts from the various local ws to try to exclude some errors
