deleted overlapping duplicate blocks

I would like to know if the overkill command can be used somehow for blocks. I have a set of blocks that overlap exactly to others and I would like to eliminate the double, but with the command mentioned I can not.

I had done it years ago....
.... now I should deal with it for a moment, but if I don't remember badly I had "voluably" done so that it didn't report blocks on different layers; However you can also put an option that allows you to report them all.
