deletion of the file "size_dir"

not if it happens to someone else from about one year (on the occasion of an important upgrade of windows 10 pro) the folder "tmp" and its contents the file "size_dir" ... every 15/20 days I get deleted and I don't understand why! therefore the drafting does not charge completely alerting the lack of this file.
