I just signed up and I don't know the forum well yet.
I've seen you're one of the members you're using, too. I use revit 2009,
I have a problem or I can't insert images like tif or jpg inside 1 apartment, for example a wall.
I did a section and then from the control panel:_______ modeling
then __decalcomania select the image jpg preview but
when I go back to my section I don't see the image but I only see the area(a square with a x in the center) can you help me? Thank you.

If I'm not mistaken, the decals only see them when you make the renders, first only remains "a square with a x in the center" also for the 2010 version.
try to make a render to the flight of the area that contains the decal, you will see that your image will be displayed.

However I believe that for such a request it was better to open a new topic (pulsant "new discussion" on the top left), as it has nothing to do with my cursed "tilted pillars".
