descendants andrain problems

Hello everyone
I can't connect with an oblique pipe two vertical descendants.
Could you please help me?
I attach the image with the reconstruction of the model and the link to be made
specific that the rain I downloaded it from the internet and that the 3 descendants you see were created by the rain rising the top
I tried to tilt the pipe (with the wheel command) but it does not turn.
