design in "transparent" igs, like "solidizzo"?

Bye to all,
they gave us an overall in iges (only format that we could open through inv.11) but given the semi-total difficulty of detecting the components we received the single pieces always in iges format.
Now the problem is almost solved except that many pieces for how complex they were put on the table and the quotation is enough for the realization down in the workshop, while others have complex surfaces that should be given to the cam (mcam9).
how do you clean in inventor the iges by making it "solid" while now it is transparent and with the entities to be removed (holes, threads, etc.) not selectable?

Be careful that the igs id inventor seems to be painful.
this tells me the cam users of the igs files I provide.
they prefer the step and then they think about converting it.

the problem is not in step exit but iges import that I don't know how to handle it.

with inv11 I can't solve it.
with inv2009 I had to delete one of the 93 surfaces, the one where there are the three holes that have a problem, after which I joined the surfaces and got the solid.

I'll train it in step, so you can open it with 11.
