Hello, I am trying to model with inventor 2011 the enclosed parapet.
I follow this procedure:
I do the skeleton sketch,
I create frames in round tube
I create apart the basic plates
And now the beauty comes.
how do I cut two corner bases and which reference I take for the constraints for the base plates since I only have circumferences?

bind the plates to the skeleton sketch and then cut the pipes to the plates, otherwise always in the frame sketch create the floors that you will need to bind the plates or cut the pipes.

if this plate has been designed centered on the origins, you can also use the central point as entity to be bound to the frame sketch (to understand the vertical lines of the posted image), then with an angle bond of 0° regarding the tilted line always of the frame sketch

What do you mean by "corner beds", is the name of a function (not conocsco inventor) or what else?
