hi to all of the forum,
I just started fighting with revit since my faculty made a deal with autodesk to distribute software to students,
I started making a small 3d but I stopped because I can't understand how you could do the detail of a wall making the individual bricks visible? ?

Like something like that?http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/3007/dettaglio.jpg

ciao grazie!

Welcome to the forum.
the wall should be drawn "normally" with its layers.
for the representation of detail (particular) the "views of detail" should be used with details in 2d

thanks poer the answer, dark but I just put hand to revit and I'm not very practical, the views detail would allow me to change a little like in autocad?
If there's any tutorials or some guides around, could you tell me? ?
Thank you very much! !

the detailed views, are seen that lead to "particulars" of the main view, to which they refer via appropriate references.
in such views it is possible to insert models/particulars designed in 2d, also by importing dwg files.
this mode serves to "do not fill" the main views of constructive details that are not visible in scales 1:100/1:200

in the revit forum, among the arguments featured, there are references to link tutorials to the use of revit, with various topics
