Good morning
I have a problem with a file.
I created a psm file, modeled an object (even simple) with only functions of sheet metal, but I can not do the development plan, and I do not understand why
allego the file ... if someone can explain why (or return the file with the development done inside - I work on se-2022)

Can you charge a parasolid? I don't have se2022 so I can't open it. However, it checks that there are no points where the surface of the sheet thickness is not perfectly perpendicular to the main surface of the sheet. the typical case is the normal dig that then intercepts a later sloped section of the fold.

I attach the interchange files and some images to escape further doubts

I see you used the "scavo" function that if I'm not mistaken it's just the part environment and not the sheet metal environment. I think you made something wrong here:1696493479178.webpI believe that the "excavation" operation you made has created a sheet thickness surface not perpendicular to the flat surface of the sheet itself.

the excavation function is present does those in sheet metal, but if it creates a problem use that of normal cutting.
Thank you! ! !

in the sheet should always be used normal digging function if cutting, in the productive reality, is preceding bending

if used well the simple excavation not from problems, but in your case yes. However, it is likely that in your case there is some other error, in fact using the "cut" function I can create a logical senseless part but that the cad also develops:

I managed to develop your step, without any modification. at this point without having the native file and without knowing your workflow I don't know how to help you.

I slightly modified the cut and I managed it too, thank you very much for the support you were very useful all!
