di fluidità problem

I work taken a company as a technical designer and the software I use is solidworks 2018.
My question is, is it normal that it is slow and when I move the object, do you see that it is not fluid?
the pc is to be excluded as a problem since my employer took a new one. I have 32 gb of ram. i7 and as video card nvidia p4000 from 8gb of ram.

are there parameters to be set up or set up or is the software that is dated?

apart from that your information is few to do a disamina (file management method, pdm or not, in which environment you have slowdowns, si/no configurations, si/no libraries, etc...)
