There can be block libraries or material libraries.
But what is the use you intend to do with it?
If you use the designcenter for example you can organize in a folder all the blocks, see them and drag them directly into the design, or still create custom palettes where you have all the blocks.. .
ps: you did not specify the version of autocad you use...

I don't understand how far you know the blocks, but for clarity every block is created from scratch or you can change those downloaded from the network.I just wanted to understand if the blocks are elements that make up the bookcases... .
each block is good that it has a clear and unique name, a very precise base point and must be created with layers and colors well studied.
