Hello I am rich graphic 3d with the old autoc.a.d. r14, today with autoc.a.d. 2016 , I couldn't attack the different materials to the various solids 3d and to the 3d surfaces . Thank you.

explains an exhaustive way the problem and procedures you carry out to apply the materials.
is a public forum and sending private answers is not in the spirit of the forum

I have already searched on the program guide the instructions and indicated me 3 commands , but none of the 3 worked . attach the various materials to solids 3d and 3d . selected material , and then select the solid 3d , but it does not work . thanks .

it would be better if you post some screenshots where you can see what kind of materials you have used.
the fact that they do not see correctly could depend on a wrong or missing mapping.
if the material used is uniform (like a coloured plastic evenly) there should be no problem even in the absence of mapping.
Otherwise, with materials that need tiling (like wood or marble with veins, or tiles etc.) then it is necessary to make a mapping (with appropriate tiling adjustment) before applying the material to the object, otherwise you will never see the material applied correctly and you will have the feeling that it has not been applied.

Tristus? , I am rich in 1968 , I have not touched mappings that I invented , those I dedicate to us in a second moment , the serious problem of the 2016 version , at least the one I have , is the fact that I have left anyway from the mappings of his own warehouse , obviously independently if you dyed united , that still serves very little in the world of 3d graphics, or with streaks (wood type) for a furniture,

have you opened a design made with release 14 to work on it with autocad 2016?
from release 14 to 2016 there is a leap not indifferent, it is possible that there is no complete compatibility.
or are you working on a design created with 2016?
If you've made renderings with release 14 you shouldn't be having any trouble with 2016, that's why I ask you if the design you're working on was created with the r14.
When applying the material the object color? for example a material with uniform color, to see if the material is applied regardless of the mapping of the material itself.
