dimensions cylindrical piece throat

hi, I have to carry out this exercise on soloworks, I have done almost all the pieces and I have found difficulty in making the 60 mm cylindrical piece. In particular I have not been able to understand from the quotas indicated , which is the thickness of the throat for the ring ,what is the depth of the throat. Perhaps you understand from the size of the ring indicated "ring 6 uni 7434" that must be inserted in the throat? If you see the size of that ring to be inserted in that throat?
Moreover it is not clear to me even what the distance between the end of the piece and the throat, so not knowing these distances I can not draw the piece with the right size.some could help me, indicating what I miss?

Did you do a search for that rule? There are all the measures you need. as far as the distance from the end is indicated in the minimum norm then just mount the axieme and see if it is adjusted

I have sought it, it is attached, but the measurements are divided according to a range between a minimum and maximum diameter of the piece.. what in the table is indicated as d3 therefore. the piece in question has diameter 8 mm, but how do I know if I have to take the measures referred to the range d3 min- d3 max 6-8, 7-9, or 8-11? Moreover the distance from the end, which in the table is indicated as "n min" in all cases is slightly more than 1 mm and instead seeing from the design of my exercise to the eye seems to me a lot more.. is indicated the minimum in the table, but how much is the one that does to my case then? To the eye?
