in designing a baking tray with my colleagues we are questioning whether it is better to use coolers or add material to achieve directional solidification. to analyze the thermal modules we have thought to divide the biella into 8 parts, as seen in the image attached, our problem arises on the biella foot, in the light of this we thought to insert two internal coolers in 2 and 3 (as for this choice we have not found clear images of the abaco necessary for the sizing) rather than add material in 1 (the problem of this last choice is that then the solidification is no longer verified.photo of the biella
