disappeared all the icons suddenly!

Hello everyone!

Suddenly opening the program I noticed that the controls and bars icons are all gone, but if I pass the mouse over but I can click on it.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but nothing. How could I solve this?

to me it happened worse: the majority of the buttons disappeared and I can't find them anymore. even if I go on the tool button as you say... how can I do it?
