in solidedge you can disconnect the 2d view from the 3d used to create it. in this way the lines become editable and disconnected from the 3d model. It's very useful when you have to make quick drafts.
Is there anything similar in the nx drafting environment?

in practice the move of the curves or a set of them only works if the view is exact (pre-nx8.5) in the exact views only work the delete and sometimes the copy. I hope that siemens modifies the exact views so that you can work with motive even on those, since they are the last and the most performing ones.
