distance analysis

Good morning to all,
My problem is that in modeling environment, I don't find a direct tool to measure distance:
of a point from a plane;
a point from a edge;
distance between two straights;
straight distance from a plane;
distance between two floors;

in the sense that "the classic definition of distance of analytical geometry" in the nx environment is not respected, and are fired to monitor values according to me randomly.

Someone enlighten me, thank you.

the measure distance command is very complete and allows you to have all the measures you want. There are no random shot measures!

example:
distance of a point from the plane (geometrically the perpendicular distance, unique)
I take measure distance
start point: I take the center there a circle;
end point: select a plan
distance minimun (local)

brings out a value that does not correspond to perpendicular distance

you have answered yourself: in the upper curtain you find various modes of measurement, the projected distance is what you need (perpendicular distance), the minimum local is very comfortable, for example, if you want to find the distance between two leotards or between one entity and another.
more if you click on information window gives you information about the distance projected on the three floors.
