in the table/distinct you can add/rename all the columns you want (works like a excel sheet). each column refers to a property of the part file (which decides and checks you). of course you must have assigned to the part all the properties you want to see in distinct.. quantity and file name always see them because if you charge them automatically (it can do it because they are not variable) but the other things you have to tell them.
from side documents choose file > properties and fill out the table that shows you. those voices you can then call them back in the distint of the axieme; click on the columns you will see your list of properties.
make a table as you like, save it and you will always have it ready and self-compiling. even in the template files of parts and assemblies (templates) you should have saved your list of properties, so you should not have rewrite it every time.
