distinta base powershape

Hello everyone,
Can someone tell me how I can extrapolate the base and list of components of an assembly?
Now as now, once the project is finished, I must select piece by piece and check the selection information and then hand rewrite it on a paper document.
Is there a way to make the program create a distinct base, maybe on an excel sheet, with the name and size of the components?
