if possible I would ask for clarification about the minimum requirements of access to the area and in particular to the radius of time 13 meters (title ii) whose definition I cannot understand.

In my specific case, I have an oil-insulated transformer inside a photovoltaic field falling into the case of activities n.48 of the Annex to dpr 01/08/2011 n. 151. the pathway develops in open space, from the entrance gate until reaching the danger center.

How can I apply the indications on the radius of the plant pathability? Is there a radius of curvature of the roads that meets the condition of the radius of 13m turn which, on the contrary, seems to me to understand that it is relative to the size of the carscalator and its movement between buildings?

Yes, considering the 13 meters as a minimum radius is not wrong. However, since it is not well specified by the legislation, I have some doubt that it is too precarious especially if it is, as in my case, of photovoltaic fields where I doubt that the vvf medium arrives with scale and however it must not move between palaces. Unfortunately considering those 13 meters as internal radius takes space to the fv field. Thanks for the answer.
