double additional contribution

I received an email from my professional order in which we ask that since 2011 the " supplementary contribution" is elevated from 2% to 4% (+100%).... to the face of the crisis situation, but you know what this contribution is for? to stop the holes of the cheerful management arched-lehman bros?
