I am naked of this forum, and so maybe this question has already been asked.
I would like, if possible, to have as many news on doublecad software, as we were advised by the order of Milanese architects.

is it really free?
is it a valid program?
is intuitive and easy to use?

In short, did you suggest that?

Hello emmebi,
are one of the teachers of the new opensource courses offered by the order of Milan architects. Therefore, I prefer not to answer your questions about software: I would have done it very willingly and in absolute frankness on the occasion of the evening that the foundation of the order organized for this purpose (to make known the opensource philosophy and the 4 softwares proposed) along with us teachers just the evening of your post, on November 18th.
I don't know if you were there that night but you can find the press release on the foundation site.
In any case what I would like to understand is that this initiative has just started from us that, architects before teachers, we felt necessary to address for our profession the question of the costs of managing the free activity and, consequently, of piracy often connected.
