I have never found much with this system : quarrel to try to select a view because they do not jump out as you say . Maybe it depends on graphics card and related settings .
However, in fact, I've been discovering better the use of the browser also starts in drafting and you can select the views.
this does not take away that I would prefer to have an option not to translate them into dxf
