is it possible to create a link between a block and a base date? ?

I'll explain.

1 - design a closed polyline with other info, gemetries and texts, inside.
2 - I create a block with a name, when I create the block I go to read some info such as perimeter, area, etc....... .

3 - when the block is created I want to create a link a table of access in which it is exported as a primary idblock key, while the other fields are perimeter, area, etc... (you must be able to open a window that allows me to enter more information about the stored block.

4 - by clicking on the block you have to open an access mask that allows me to change and save the information related to the block.

5 - using a refedit I must be able to graphically modify the block and closing it you must automatically update all the graphic infos type perimeter and area.

6 - if I delete the block the record relative to the same must be deleted in the table access.


Ultimately I would like to create, edit and delete a block but all the information related to the block I would like to manage it directly on a database, in this way it is possible to avoid the use of friction and the data would always be perfectly aligned.
