draftsight: image not displayed in a dwg

a customer spins me a dwg file but draftsight doesn't see the image in the cart.
the thing is worthwhile if I open it with solid edge.
I wonder if the problem is draftsight or a file problem.

you must have the image file in the same folder as the dwg file. so you should see it.

However rebuilding the file with the images inserted on ds the file is ok.
